What is the VEU Program?

The Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program is a government initiative managed by the Essential Services Commission (ESC). It is designed to help Victorian businesses reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and lower their power bills by offering financial incentives to install energy-efficient products.

Under the Commercial and Public Lighting activity of the program, businesses can create Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificates (VEECs) when they replace energy-intensive incandescent, halogen, or fluorescent lighting with highly efficient LED technology. 2. Post installation photos
3. Post installation lux reports
4. Product registration for inclusion in the VEET and IPART scheme
